Most people do not come here for marketing strategy.
They land here because they’ve built something real - and somewhere along the way the hustle and the noise overtook the vision.
Not because they failed.
Not because they lost their talent or their drive.
But because building something visible, vulnerable, and alive eventually comes with pressure - expectations, performance, comparison, and pace.
Overtime what once felt like a calling can start to feel like something you have to micro-manage, protect at all costs, and out perform just to keep alive.
Eden’s Guardian exists for that moment.
The moment you know your work still matters -but you need space to reconnect with why you started, who you are now, and what direction your goals are pointing you.
This is not about starting over. It’s about honoring where you’ve been and returning to the vision beneath the noise - building with integrity, clarity, and confidence.
I help you protect your people and your culture while navigating real growth.
Over 2 decades of lived experience - holding responsibility, stewarding trust, and building things that last far beyond my presence.

My Story
Ty’s Tattoos Small business owner; stewarded decades of legacy, culture and community.
I’ve spent decades working along side small business owners, corporations, creatives, non-profits, artists, and founders - building community, connection, and culture rooted in values and sustainable growth.
Even though many of my roles have been community facing and centered around public speaking the heart of my work has lived behind the scenes- In quiet rooms after meetings, in tense conversations no one wanted to have, and in a moment where a single decision could protect a legacy or unravel it.
I’ve been in the room when growth was celebrated - and I’ve seen how those moments reveal just as much as crisis does. I’ve watched people praised for courage, authenticity and willingness to grow. I’ve watched others made smaller the moment their success felt inconvenient.
Over the decades patterns became clear. And truthfully, I did more than witness these moments - I lived them.
Here’s what I’ve learned: values aren’t branding.
They are not just words on a wall. They are not just pages in a strategic plan that everyone nods and approves, just to be set on a shelf and forgotten.
They are what guides decisions when certainty disappears.
They protect your work.
They steady you when the pressure is real.
They show you the right next step forward.
Eden’s Guardian was shaped through lived experience, not theory. Through building, listening, noticing patterns, and learning when to stay and when to take step back.
Through watching business thrive when they lead with integrity and fracture at the seams when they loose sight of it.
I do not bring a single formula or a fixed path. I bring discernment, presence, and a deep respect for what you are building.
